With SmartCam your mobile phone camera becomes webcam. There are two files which you need to install. On PC you install SmartCam_v1_3.exe, and SmartCam S60v5_v1.3.sis on your phone. Open the installed Smartcam application on your PC and then go to File -> Settings and make sure that TCP/IP (WiFi) is checked and the settings for Port is 9361. Now start SmartCam on your phone and go to Options>Connect where it will ask you for your server name. Here you enter IP address of your PC.
