ABBYY Lingvo x3 Mobile enables you to have high-quality multilingual dictionaries in your phone (Symbian and Windows Mobile). You can use it wherever you are, either at work, school, travel…in everyday situations.
Translate words or word combinations – just type first letters of the word in the search field and select the word in the list. After that opens the window with translation, pronunciations, phonetic transcription, examples of usage from modern articles and classic literature, synonyms and antonyms.
This application includes the latest general, specialist, encyclopedic and learner’s dictionaries and phrase books for 8 languages, up to 38 dictionaries (see map).
ABBYY Lingvo Mobile stores words and phrases that you have recently translated, so you don’t have to search the same words again (translation history) – select Options → History.
The dictionary content is installed on mobile phone and doesn’t require an Internet connection to access the information.
In Options → Dictionaries → Enable/Disable dictionary (Options – About dictionary). And in Options → Directions – select translation direction.
It’s available Multilingual version and Single-dictionary version.
