Do you have multiple accounts there sir? Because as i know they only provide 1 devcert per account per day.

IMPORTANT! Due to changes of the Symbian Signed, all the DevCerts issued after 23.06.2011. can be used to sign applications which UID is in the unprotected range (0xE0000000-0xEFFFFFFF). It means, certificate issued after that date can’t sign every application any more.

There is new way for hacking your phone – without certificate! Check here!
